SDGVA Invites

This form is for SDGVA charter school invitees. Please fill this out if you are interested in your student coming participating in the Free DMA invitational classes from December 22nd - January 31st, and participating in the belt test on January 31st at 10:00 am. 

 

Keep in Mind, there is a cost for the belt.

Select 3rd graders (invite only), and 4th - 5th grade students are welcome to come join our 5:00 pm class at Dynasty Martial Arts.
